SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with The Court Society. We want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible, so here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. During new arrivals, sales, and holiday periods, processing may take a little longer-thank you for your patience. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Your exact rate and the available options will be shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped and may vary based on the carrier and your location.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We're unable to reroute or refund packages sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at evrim@thecourtsociety.net and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order leaves our hands, it's in the care of the carrier, and delivery times are outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at evrim@thecourtsociety.net within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right.
